Show the planned service side, stairs and cover-lift clearance. A tub that can reach a pad still needs a usable position once it arrives. Any enclosure or decking changes should be arranged separately before the move.

Walk both routes, measure the narrowest openings and flag stairs, slopes, loose ground and tight corners. If the spa is built into decking or an enclosure, describe that before arranging a date. Salt Lake City and Wasatch Front moves can have very different access even over a short distance.
