What to collect
Locate the model and year, record dimensions and take condition photos. Walk the pickup and delivery routes, including gates, stairs, turns and changing surfaces. Tell the provider about built-in decking or a destination pad that is not ready.
What to agree
Clarify owner-manual shutdown and draining, approved accessory removal and qualified electrical work. A spa technician may need to address residual water before cold-weather transport or storage. Confirm final placement and startup responsibilities separately.
